Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver outpatient primary care services at our Phoenix area Medical Centers. The role involves full scope primary care, collaboration with the Medical Director, and adherence to center policies and state regulations.

Required: Masters in Nursing, 3+ years in primary care, valid NP license, DEA, and BLS/ACLS. English proficiency is essential; Spanish/Creole are a plus. This is an on-site position with travel flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Advanced English language skills required.
• 3+ years of experience in primary care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services under supervision of Medical Director.
• Perform exams, diagnose, and coordinate patient care plans.
• Prescribe medications per state regulations.
• Maintain accurate health records per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate referrals for services not available at the center.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
