Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from accredited Nursing Program.
• 3+ years in Primary Care.
• Current State Nurse Practitioner License; DEA; Certification as FNP or AGNP; BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history and perform physical examinations.
• Diagnose and direct counseling for treatment plans.
• Prescribe medication per state statute and guidelines.
• Maintain a problem-oriented health record per HIM policies.
• Provide timely, comprehensive medical services within clinic operations.
• Assist in training and supervising students and clinical staff.
