Job summary

One Medical in Mill Valley, CA seeks a NP or PA to join our primary care team in a full-time capacity. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office and testing center care, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborative team huddles, with opportunities for in-office procedures and tele-health.

The role requires national certification, recent outpatient primary care experience, and California licensure by start date.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Within the last 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years outpatient primary care, or 1 year outpatient primary care with a 1 year fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• California state license obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
