One Medical is seeking a mid- to senior-level Advanced Practitioner to manage a diverse patient panel in Kirkland, WA. You will conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-person, at testing centers, and via tele-health, while engaging in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles.

Required are completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and a WA license by start date.

Competenze

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year plus a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience.
• State licensed in Washington, obtained by your One Medical start date

Mansioni

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as tele-health visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures
