Qualifications
Master's degree MSN from an approved program.
National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
Practicing-state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
Prescriptive Authority within 60 days of hire.
Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure within 60 days of hire.
CPR certification - American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care including assessments and developing care plans.
Communicate and coordinate care with patients and healthcare teams.
Monitor and ensure continuity of care through evaluations.
Prepare prescriptions and administer medications.
Educate patients on health and preventive medicine.
Triage patient calls and provide continuity of care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
