Job summary

Mount Carmel Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pataskala Primary Care practice in Pataskala, Ohio. This full-time APP position supports high-quality, patient-centered care and emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention.

The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan; strong collaboration with the care team, excellent compensation, benefits, and CME stipend are offered. 1–2 years outpatient APRN experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Masters required in Science, Nursing or specialty field.
• Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
• 1-2 years APRN experience required.
• Current Ohio RN license; APRN license in designated specialty.
• BLS provider certification.
• DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Manages care and treatment of patients per scope of practice and current standards.
• Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patients/families.
• Works within a Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physician.
• Leads performance improvement activities to improve clinical indicators.
