The APP provides comprehensive health services in an outpatient setting, with a strong focus on improving community access to care.

Qualifications

• APRN with 1–2 years outpatient experience required.
• Master's degree required; APRN certification.
• Current Ohio RN license and Ohio APRN license.
• BLS certification.
• DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Manages the care and treatment of patients per guidelines.
• Develops a comprehensive plan of care with the patient/family.
• Practices within a Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
• Initiates and leads performance improvement activities to improve clinical indicators.
