Job summary

Mount Carmel Medical Group seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pataskala Primary Care practice in Pataskala, Ohio. This full-time outpatient role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

The APP provides comprehensive services and participates in a collaborative care model with strong community access initiatives and a CME stipend as part of a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Nursing or specialty field.
• 1-2 years APRN experience required.
• Current Ohio RN license; APRN license from Ohio Board of Nursing; DEA license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient care within scope and standards of practice.
• Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family.
• Collaborates within Standard Care Arrangement with a physician.
• Leads performance improvement activities to improve clinical indicators.
