Job summary

Mount Carmel Pataskala, part of Mount Carmel Health System, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Primary Care clinic. You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Masters required in Science, Nursing or specialty field.
• Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
• 1-2 years APRN outpatient experience required.
• Current RN license in Ohio; APRN license in designated specialty.
• BLS provider certification.
• DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Manages care and treatment of patients per standards and protocols.
• Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family.
• Practices within Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physician.
• Leads performance improvement activities to improve clinical metrics.
