• Provide clinical direction to the clinic and participate in planning scope of services, equipment specifications, space design, and patient care policies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and hospital to determine outcome indicators and monitor quality of care.
• Lead committee or team assignments and communicate medical staff issues to departments.
