Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a General Surgeon to provide clinical leadership and oversee the clinic's services. The role involves setting patient care standards, coordinating with the medical staff, and guiding the department’s policies to ensure top-quality outcomes.

You will work with hospital partners to measure outcomes, participate in committees, and maintain strong physician relationships, while ensuring efficient clinic operations and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed physician in the state where clinic is located.
• Must have credentialed through Medical Staff Services of Southeast Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the clinic and plan scope of services, equipment specs, and space design.
• Standardize patient care policies and procedures across the clinic.
• Collaborate with medical staff and hospital to determine outcome indicators and monitor quality of care.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in committee or team assignments involving the clinic’s services.
