Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Evidence of Medical Assistant training including all essential job functions, or MA Certification.
• Will obtain/maintain Healthcare Provider BLS Certification within 2 weeks if not current at hire.
• MA certifications preferred or eligible (CMA, RMA, CCMA).

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care, treatments, and clinical decisions to ensure high-quality visits.
• Prepare patients, room patients, and support pre-visit planning and labs.
• Conduct chart reviews, manage medication refills, and support documentation.
• Administer medications and vaccines under provider direction; ensure safety and quality standards.
