Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Medical Assistant for a float pool role supporting multiple clinics in the St. Louis area. The home clinic is Winding Woods (300 Winding Woods) with opportunities to float to other St.
Charles/North sites. 40 hours per week, daytime shifts. You will prepare patients for visits, take vitals, perform medication reconciliation, assist with in-office testing, vaccines, and care coordination.
Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Certified MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care Certified MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
