Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Certificate Program required.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document in the EHR.
• Assist with data collection for assessment and planning.
• Support LIP/LPN/RN in patient care and education.
• Respond to telephone screening and provide patient instructions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
