Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our float team in the Pioneer Valley area. Float physicians provide short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care, offering a flexible, diverse practice environment.

You will work with a supportive team and have streamlined access to specialists across the Mass General Brigham network, including Brigham and Women's and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Minimum 20-hour commitment per week.
• Eligible to work in Massachusetts.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Pioneer Valley.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered, high-quality care.
• Technologically adept and comfortable with diverse patient populations and clinical settings.

Float physicians are not responsible for attributed patients, rather this flexible, dynamic role offers short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care.
