Responsibilities

• Act as the practice-based medical assistant, supporting onsite providers in facilitating high quality primary care.
• Greet members in the waiting room and establish rapport.
• Prepare members for onsite and telehealth examinations; take vitals.
• Close quality measure gaps and support PCP visits.
