OnePeak Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant for our White City, Oregon location to deliver comprehensive primary care with a functional medicine approach. You will work within a supportive, forward-thinking team to optimize patient outcomes and engage in root-cause medical strategies.

The role offers a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends, relocation assistance, and a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant or eligible.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered
