OnePeak Medical is seeking a dedicated Medical PA to join our Roseburg, Oregon team in delivering comprehensive, root-cause focused care. You will collaborate with a high-functioning care team to optimize patient outcomes through office visits and telehealth while supporting a forward-thinking, patient-centered care model.

The role emphasizes preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine with a four-day work week, no nights or weekends, and robust clinical support, including scribe and MA

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Physician Assistant or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and order/interpret labs and imaging.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and medications.
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and staff.
• Document visits in the EHR timely and compliant.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
