OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive medical services, foster lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

compensation includes guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, no nights or weekends, relocation offered, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, up to 4 weeks

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Proficient in using electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth
• Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret labs/imaging
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
