Job summary

OnePeak Medical seeks a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team. You will deliver comprehensive medical services and foster strong patient relationships in a forward-thinking care model focused on whole-person health.

You will collaborate with a high-functioning team to drive optimal health outcomes, provide direct patient care via in-person, telehealth, and occasional same-day visits, and contribute to continuous clinical excellence with dedicated support staff.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered
