Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team. This role offers a guaranteed salary with substantial earning potential and relocation support, in a forward-thinking, whole-person care model.

Ideal candidates are Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine, hold an Oregon PA license (or eligibility), and excel in collaborative, fast-paced environments with strong patient relationships and proficient EHR use. No nights or weekends; 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation : Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
