Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team in Southern Oregon clinics including Talent, Medford, Central Point, Grants Pass and White City. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Proficient in using electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth
• Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret labs/imaging
• Develop personalized treatment plans incl. lifestyle interventions and therapies
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, and other staff
• Document visits in the EHR accurately
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement
• Support clinic operations and foster a team environment

Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records
