OnePeak Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a forward-thinking primary care/functional medicine team in Oregon. You will provide direct patient care across office visits and telehealth, building long-term patient relationships within a supportive care team.

The role emphasizes preventive and lifestyle medicine, with comprehensive training, mentorship, and strong clinical support. Relocation assistance is available and malpractice insurance is covered.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and therapies.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine basics.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely, compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations with a positive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation : Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant ( or eligibility to obtain )
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
