Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

This role offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+ and relocation assistance. We provide model-focused training in functional medicine, a four-day work week with no nights or weekends, and strong clinical support for career

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Proficient with electronic health records; NextGen experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
