Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Medical Provider to join a forward-thinking team delivering comprehensive medical services with a whole-person approach. You will build lasting patient relationships and work with a high-functioning care team to optimize health outcomes.

Compensation includes a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+ and relocation assistance. Enjoy a 4-day work week and no nights or weekends as part of a supportive practice.

Qualifications

• Active PA license (or eligible) in good standing.
• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; functional/integrative medicine a plus.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Proficient with electronic health records; NextGen experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order/interpret labs/imaging.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive and functional medicine.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, and other staff.
• Document visits accurately in the EHR (NextGen).
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support clinic operations and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus)
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
