Job summary

OnePeak Medical in Napa, ID is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care within a functional medicine framework. You will perform office and telehealth visits, order labs, and develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle and hormone therapies.

The role emphasizes preventive and root-cause medicine, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing education. Relocation is offered, and a guaranteed base salary with earning potential exists.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant or eligible to obtain
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; functional/integrative medicine a plus
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
