Job summary

OnePeak Medical seeks a Physician Assistant for Primary Care Functional Medicine in Oregon. You will deliver direct patient care via in-person visits and telehealth, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes root-cause, functional medicine and offers mentorship, a strong clinical support structure, and a favorable work-life balance with a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligible to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical staff.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant ( or eligibility to obtain )
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
