Job summary

OnePeak Medical in Oregon is seeking a passionate Medical Provider (NP/PA/MD/DO) to join our growing team. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and work with a high-functioning care team to advance whole-person care.

This role offers guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+ and relocation assistance. No nights or weekends, a four-day work week, and strong clinical and administrative support including scribe help and training in

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license in NP/PA/MD/DO or eligible
• Board certification in Family/Internal Medicine or applicable
• Experience in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records
• Nurse Practitioner Licenses Accepted:
• FNP, Family Nurse Practitioner
• AGNP- PC, Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)
