Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as NP/PA-C/MD/DO or eligible.
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive and functional medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
• Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Order/interpret labs and imaging; diagnose conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle and medications.
• Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with care team including health coaches and nutritionists.
• Document visits in NextGen promptly and accurately.
• Participate in meetings, quality initiatives, and trainings.
• Support clinic operations and a positive team culture.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. Compensation:

Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
