Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to whole-person care. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and work with a high-functioning care team to achieve optimal health outcomes.

The role emphasizes a supportive environment, ongoing functional medicine training, and a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

Active Oregon license as NP/PA/MD/DO or eligibility to obtain
Board certification in Family Medicine or applicable specialty
Interest in preventive, functional and lifestyle medicine
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen a plus)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care via office visits and telehealth
Perform assessments, order labs/imaging, diagnose conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle, hormones, prescriptions
Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine
Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists and staff
Document visits in NextGen EHR timely and compliant
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement
Support clinic operations and teamwork

Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
