OnePeak Medical in White City, Oregon is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care functional medicine team. You will provide comprehensive medical services, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans within a collaborative care model.

This role offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends, robust clinical support, and opportunities for ongoing functional medicine training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon NP license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or applicable specialty.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner *, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty

• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
