OnePeak Medical Providers is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner for a Primary Care Functional Medicine role in The Dalles, Oregon. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, manage labs and imaging, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.
This position offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+ and relocation assistance. You will receive extensive functional medicine training, dedicated clinical support, and a 4-day work
Qualifications
- Active Oregon NP license or eligibility to obtain license
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in using electronic health records
- FNP/AGNP credentials
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth
- Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnose conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions
- Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine
- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, and staff
- Document visits in the EHR in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
- Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
- Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
- Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
- Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
- Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner *, PA-C, MD, or DO ( or eligibility to obtain )
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in using electronic health records
