Qualifications

• Demonstrated primary care medicine experience preferred.
• Must meet CCC privileging requirements per FTCA.
• Must have full prescriptive powers in Oregon with a DEA number.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across multiple CCC sites.
• Triage, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Collaborate with CCC programs and care teams to support patients across services.
