ZoomCare is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Float Provider to join our dynamic team across Portland metro clinics. Work 34 hours per week with a base salary of $135,000–$150,000 plus a $10,000 float differential, and opportunities for performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• PA or FNP with master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of post-graduate experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at time of offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, and wellness exams.
• Collaborate with a physician for on-demand support.
• Rotate across clinic locations within the Portland metro area.
• Travel to different clinics during training and adapt to schedule variations.
