Ascension Health is seeking a Medical Assistant in Antioch, TN. The role supports seamless patient visits by preparing treatment spaces and recording vital signs for the clinical team. You will transcribe orders for labs and imaging and handle front-douse communications to keep workflows smooth.

Minimum requirements include BLS and CMA certification within specified timeframes. The position is full-time, 8am-5pm, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire date (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) obtained within 4 months of hire date from an approved credentialing body.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare treatment environments and conduct initial screenings to support seamless patient visits.
• Accurately document vital signs and care journeys for the clinical team.
• Transcribe and process orders for labs and imaging to ensure timely follow-up services.
• Manage front-of-house communications and maintain medical supplies to support the care team.
