Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credentialed and BLS provider certification required.
• High School diploma equivalency or equivalent experience accepted.
• Professional licensure/certification can be substituted for education/experience as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seamless patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings.
• Capture the patient's story by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys for clinical decisions.
• Transcribe and process orders for labs and imaging to ensure timely follow-up services.
• Support front-of-house communications and maintain medical supplies to keep the care team focused on patients.
