Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in recruitment, performance appraisal, discipline, and training.
• Ability to analyze information and define objectives and implications.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of care coordination and patient services management.
• Experience managing patient services and nursing staff in a private medical clinic.
• Ability to train staff on scheduling and registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient experience and access at the clinic.
• Oversee financial and budgetary oversight for the clinic.
• Staff human resources oversight and clinician onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate care and communication between staff and physicians.
• Space management and supply-chain management.
• Environment of care, clinical outcomes, medication management, and quality reporting.
• Revenue cycle management and policy development/deployment for the practice.
