Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review patient records before initial evaluation to guide assessment.
• Assess behavioral health disorders and continuity of substance use issues.
• Deliver brief, evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing).
• Co-design individualized behavioral health treatment plans with the care team.
