Millennium Physician Group, LLC is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (APRN) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. You will assess patients, plan care, diagnose, treat, and coordinate services to improve outcomes across acute, chronic, and palliative needs.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted NP license and APN licensure in the state.
• National board certification (FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP) or equivalent.
• DEA registration and BLS certification.

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across acute, chronic, and palliative conditions.
