• Evaluate and manage patients with acute illnesses and chronic diseases.

• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests as part of clinical decision-making.
• Perform office-based procedures within scope and guidelines.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screening.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty care and ancillary services.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and self-management.
