Job Overview

A full‑time Family Medicine Advance Practice Provider (PA/NP) position in our Lake Sawyer clinic. You will provide patient‑centered, team‑based care to a diverse patient population with access to system‑wide support.

About The Position

• Clinic Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Schedule: Five 8‑hour days per week.
• Provides same‑day access for in‑person and telehealth visits.
• Converts MyChart messages to telehealth or in‑clinic visits.
• Offers same‑day team or reschedule with provider when provider is out of the office.
• Provides “team” visit access for new patients before establishing care with a Family Medicine Provider.
• Performs Medicare Advantage Wellness Visits for clinic patients.
• Helps manage inboxes.
• Serves as “Provider of the Day” for urgent concerns (walk‑in patients).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $130,000 – $145,000.

Eligible for 76 hours of sick leave, 7 days of holiday leave, 2 floating holidays, and 20–25 days of vacation leave per calendar year based on position and years of service.
