IHA in Canton, MI seeks a passionate APP to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across all ages. You will deliver preventive and acute care, collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and care managers, and use EPIC for documentation and care coordination.

Competenze

• Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine NP or PA.
• Michigan license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills in primary care and preventive care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative, team-based care.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct preventive care visits, acute care visits, and chronic disease follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including subspecialists and care managers.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation, care coordination, and quality tracking.
• No inpatient rounding, hospital call, or delivery attendance required.
• No shared call during off hours.
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.
• Support from centralized administration for scheduling, billing, and referrals.
