Qualifications

• Board Certified as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Must have at least 3 years of paneled APC experience.
• Unlimited Licensure in Massachusetts; Active DEA License.

• Independently manage a defined panel of primary care patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatment in ambulatory care.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and supervise patient care plans.
