Qualifications

• Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• At least 1 year of APC experience in a primary care setting.
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Active DEA License.

Responsibilities

• Patient-centered, team-based care.
• Join as an AP Practice Partner with a patient-centered team.
• Team includes a Physician, AP, RN, MA, and admin staff.
• Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care with a robust specialist team.
• Behavioral health providers are integrated into primary care teams.
• Fewer patients per day with longer visits.
• Flexible scheduling options.
• State-of-the-art EMR system.
