Job summary

Reliant Medical Group in Milford, MA, an Optum organization, seeks an Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our primary care team. You will practice in a patient-centered environment with a collaborative care model.

Requirements include board certification as NP or PA, at least 1 year APC experience in primary care, MA licensure, and active DEA. We offer a sign-on bonus, relocation eligibility, CME time and allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• At least 1 year of APC experience in a primary care setting
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License
