Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking BCBAs for in-person settings across home and community environments in North Carolina. The position offers both full-time and part-time options with a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday daytime hours, and flexibility within caseloads.

You will conduct assessments, develop interventions, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to drive measurable progress in children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct BCBA supervision to RBTs in person.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment in real time.
