Job summary

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Chicago is seeking a PRIDE Program Coordinator (Contract) to work with the PRIDE Program Administrator. You will support program goals, ensure high-quality service delivery, manage projects, supervise trainers and staff, and liaise with DCFS and private child welfare agencies.

You may co-facilitate trainings, help update curricula, oversee LMS data, track attendance, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; three years in education, training and/or work in child welfare or foster care.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• Project management experience.
• Training experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure timely completion and provide updates to the program administrator.
• Supervise trainers and support staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Liaise with DCFS and private child welfare agencies; attend meetings as needed.
• Approve trainer billing and travel justifications; manage staff time off and attendance reports.
• Oversee LMS data collection and reporting; ensure accurate registration and attendance.
• Co-facilitate trainings when needed; support curriculum updates and staff development.
