Job summary

QXO is seeking a Pricing Analyst to provide frontline support for pricing inquiries, set up pricing for branches based on bids, and create contract profiles. You will work with pricing teams to implement pricing and manage related data loads.

The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency with PriceFx and MS Office, and the ability to adapt to changing demands while delivering customer-focused service across branches and districts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of pricing experience or similar.
• Proficient with ERP and pricing systems like PriceFx.
• Strong MS Office skills and light reporting with Tableau.
• Self-starter with strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for pricing inquiries from partners and branches.
• Set up pricing for branches based on bids and requests.
• Create and maintain contract profiles and implement pricing for branches.
• Collaborate with Pricing Analysts to assist district/branch managers and sales teams.
• Process pricing requests and item modifications on contracts.
• Research pricing inquiries from branch managers and sales staff.
• Manage data load files for price increases as directed.
• Generate reports on expiring contracts, customers without discount profiles, and customer classification.
