Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the implementation of the modern pricing platform (MPP) and drive the enterprise pricing transformation across Pricing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology.

The role coordinates data design, master data, and interfaces with Vistex and Databricks, while partnering with MPP product owners to prioritize enhancements and releases based on business value and risk.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of increasing responsibility in pricing, transformation, product management, technology implementation, data/analytics.
• 3+ years of people leadership, program leadership, or management experience.
• Experience leading a major enterprise platform implementation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on configuration and build oversight for the MPP platform with pricing rules and workflows.
• Lead project management of the MPP implementation with a clear roadmap, milestones, resources, and success measures.
• Govern data and solution architecture decisions for the pricing ecosystem across multiple systems.
• Support product owners in backlog and release planning based on value, risk, and dependencies.
• Lead governance, change management, training, testing, and readiness activities.
• Establish program governance, logs, dependency maps, and escalation processes.
• Define and track KPIs, benefits, and ROI for pricing transformation.
• Build reusable pricing transformation capabilities and mentor team members.
