Henry Schein seeks a Senior Manager to lead and project-manage the enterprise pricing transformation, delivering the modern pricing platform and architecture across Pricing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology. You will coordinate data design, master data, interfaces with Vistex, Databricks, ERP and CRM, while guiding governance, change management, training, and value realization.

• Experience leading pricing transformation programs at scale.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and plans.
• Strong collaboration across pricing, sales, finance, product, and technology.

Responsabilités

• Own hands-on configuration and build oversight for the MPP platform with pricing rules and workflows.
• Lead project management of the MPP implementation with integrated planning and milestones.
• Govern data and solution architecture for pricing: data models, master data, lineage, controls, reconciliation.
• Translate business processes into scalable integration requirements across MPP, Vistex modules, Databricks, ERP, CRM.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Security and vendor teams to ensure interfaces meet enterprise requirements.
• Support product owners in prioritizing backlog and release plan based on value and dependencies.
• Lead future-state process design, governance, SLAs, and ownership across Pricing and adjacent functions.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, cutover, and readiness to steady-state support.
• Lead change management and communications to drive adoption and value realization.
• Design role-based training and enablement programs; build reusable pricing capabilities.
• Maintain enterprise visibility on roadmap progress, decisions, risks, readiness, and value.
• Manage SI/vendor performance, deliverables, budget, scope, and escalation.
• Facilitate design forums and governance decisions with clear accountability.
• Define and track KPIs for delivery, adoption, data quality, and financial value.
• Build reusable capabilities and coach team for broader ownership.
